These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern the purchase of fitness apparel and other products (“Products”) from Youncla (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website (the “Site”). By placing an order for Products on our Site, you (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site. 1. Order Placement and Acceptance

3.3 Shipping Information and Tracking

- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

4.2 Return Process

- Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions (including the return shipping address).
- Package the Product(s) securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship the return using a trackable shipping method (you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective Product or an error on our part).
- Notify our customer service team with the tracking number of the return shipment so we can monitor its delivery.
4.3 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned Product(s) (and confirm they meet the return eligibility requirements), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days from the date we approve the return. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase of Products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Products in question.
